WhatsApp Broadcasting Guidelines • Broadcasting file processing time is 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday only. • Campaign delivery reports will be provided after 24 hours. If a customer submits a broadcasting file after 5:00 PM, the WhatsApp file will be processed during the next working day’s operating hours. Important Notice: If any customer uses spam templates (such as Loan, Tower, Casino, etc.) under WhatsApp Broadcasting, the support team will immediately: Block the account Exhaust all available credits No credits will be refunded under any circumstances.
